Please go to the
1st post on page 1 of this HTML5/WebGL thread. There is new information and help for you there, please try those and see if they help.
If you still can't get the game to open to show and work things like your crops and trees then please post your updated information, especially if it's different to what you have already previously supplied, along with any errors you are seeing beneath the game screen.
