I have a neighbor who has 3 FC facilities in the neighborhood chain quest. He only had 2 of the coin facilities. He had been "remodeling" his farms and the other facility was in storage. He took it out of storage and loaded it but it's still not showing in the quest?
Is there a time limit for adding facilities to the quest?
