I moved your post to the subject thread about neighbors and super neighbors.
First thing she needs to do is check to make sure she has not blocked you. She needs to check in both Facebook settings and in the Farm Town account tab above her farms.
Is she not seeing your facility posts or does she see them but is told she can't work them because she isn't a friend?
