We have replied to you and sent you private messages to help you find those replies.
You need to make sure that you have done all the updates showing on your computer. That your browser is up to date and that any extensions added to your browser, if you added any , are disabled.
Then please clcick on this link to go to the
1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there. You can compare what your computer has to the computer specifications in that post to see if you should be getting any problems. Try all the items listed in that post to see if they help.
If you have already done those, you need to describe what you are seeing when you try to load the game, then copy the 1st 10 lines of what you are seeing in the FT console underneath the game screen and reply here with that information and what kind of computer you are using so we can see them.
