A question about the trees (pine, palm and one of the big Xmas trees) that have lights that twinkle and flash. My pines and palms are naked with no lights. The ones I received as gifts are likewise. I did not notice until now when I decided to bring them out from storage to join the ones that are out all the time. Is that something that is inactivated but will be activate soon?
