I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about neighbors as the thread you posted in is for asking for new neighbors not for needing help.
Does she still play? If not then her farms may have been archived.
What kind of help are you trying to do for her?
Is the screen blank or do you see the farms, but there is no work for you to do?
