This is probably an internet problem some where between you and the servers. There are many links that your data has to go through to get to the servers and back to you. Any one of those links can be having a slow down or outage that cna stop your farms from loading. As we have no way to monitor or conterol those the only thing you can do is wait for it to get fixed by the owners of those links.
You could try unplugging your modem/router for a few minutes then plugging it back in. That would clear any data that it has stored that may be incorrect and make suyre that it is not local.
