What happens when you try to bring up the lists of friends to send gifts to?
Please make sure your browsers and computer sysytem are updated.
Be sure you have cookies and pop ups allowed by the instructions in the following link:

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.
