Hi rhondajackson,
Please click on the following link, scroll down that post to First Load of Farm Town and see if you have already done what is listed there for your Chrome
and Safari browsers.
Mac users that are having difficulty with using Chrome and Opera have had success with Opera, so if you have not tried Opera yet please do so. If it's not one you already have please also make sure that it's allowing cookies and pops in it.

Then try the game again and see if you can load your farms. If you can't please have a look under the FT Console and see if the information you have supplied has change. If it has please supply those again.
