Make sure you have done any updates on your computer if you have not already done so. Then please click on this link, it will take you to the Announcement in the forum. Scroll down to First Load of Farm Town and make sure that you have done what's listed there:

If after doing those the game is still crashing fro you please scroll further down that post to Persistent Loading Issues and supply the information requested there.
