Hi Jan,
I am looking at your data and I see the purchase of the 250 FC twice, then see purchases for the Turbo Fish Farming Plant and Singapore Restaurant twice. Also the Taste of Singapore once. Those are all missing.
For the Fidget Toy factory I see 2 and 1 Store. They appear to be on your farms somewhere. You will need to search for those. I would search just for "Fidget" and that should show both. I would check the farm you were on when you bought them first. If both factories are on the same farm you will need to move one of them.


For the FC purchased items you will need to contact Support about this as we can not do any refunds through the forums.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
