I am sure I was first and got only 1 FC at the moment I clicked the button to claim my reward.
I can't prove this, what now? Should I contact the helpdesk?

I didn't post it on my FB-timeline. I never do that because I don't see the benefit of it. So as soon as I receive her answer I'll reply here.

Did you post your NCC reward when you earned it? Have a look and see if it is saying you earned 1st or 2nd place.
You could also ask a friend to check the Other Wall Requests page and see if your reward there is showing 1spt place or 2nd.
