Hi rodkay1,
Are you checking the Ingredient Planner at the top of the Facility Manager with it set to All Facilities and are you remembering to click on the Update button when you change the filters at the top?
Or could you be only checking what the African Restaurant requires to fill it?
If you are only checking the specific restaurant then some of the products it needs can be used up by other facilities when you start/load batches in all facilities.
When you see that a facility doesn't reach 100%, click the start batch on every product in it and see what product it's telling you that you are short on.
After you have started products in facilities, what happens next is you get some products back from the mayor due to the bonus batches. Those can require a bit of time or a reload for the data to catch up which would then allow you to start more batches.
