Exclamation Game Crashing continuously

Not sure if this is the right area but I just started playing again yesterday after not playing for 3 plus years. 1st time playing on this computer. so I know this isn't a Cache/Cookies issue, plus I clear those every night, and I barely use my computer .
I get the disconnected from mainframe pop up seems like every 5 minutes, I also have a full on crash of the game when farming for others, it's at random times and never doing the same thing twice when it occurs, I just get a grey screen with the sad face in the middle. I refresh and sometimes it takes me back to be re-hired, other times it does not.

Not sure if it's relevant - but I play right through Facebook, I don't use Facebook games app or anything.
