OK, I KNOW this isn't the right place to post this, but maybe one of the MODS can redirect and answer for me!

I know that I can go OFFLINE to go to the market to sell my products, and others can't see me and try to hire me. That is great.

I know that I have to be ONLINE to hire people in the market.

I quite often go OFFLINE to read the forum, or while I am just sitting staring at my farm (and so I don't get the irritating message box..."You have been idle for 10 minutes. Click to reload the game.)

My questions.....
***If I am OFFLINE, can neighbors still come to my farm and work in facilities that I have posted??

***Is there anything that I CANNOT do when OFFLINE, other than hire people in the market to work???

I would ask that only someone that actually KNOWS answer this for me!

You can perform all functions while being in offline mode the only thing you cant do is hire other farmers to work for you or be hired by others to work there farms as they can not see you & you cant see them.

you can fill your facilities and post them to be worked while in offline mode this has no effect on your neighbours working your facilities.

FT has gone crazy this time 10 billion for a small upgrade. Come on you can do better then that. when you compared cash to the coins it still is not worth it

If you are going to charge so much for the expansions, why not make it available for all the farms. Then I can choose which farm(s) can use the extra space. How does $30 becomes $10 billion coins? Should that have been $10 million?

Will the new tools and faculties we get in the future reflect these new inflated prices?

These are great questions. How is the price of the farm expansion decided? Is it $ vs coins or random?

I am having a problem with hen eggs being sent to my storage when I harvest the chicken coops. I harvested all 12 coops this morning and 0 hen eggs showed in my storage =(

Well said Nana I have been playing Farmtown since May, 2009 and plan to continue playing because I love the game. I totally agree that the upgrades are excessive. By my calculation the expansions gives you 132 more plots per farm at a cost of 75.7 MILLION PER PLOT. It would take a lot of tators to absorb that cost. My experience has been that the cost in coins would not be achieveable with out layering of some kind which is supposedly discouraged by the developers but seems to be encouraged by this expansion. More importantly to your post I believe we should be able to express that opinion on this forum without people jumping down our throats and telling us that if we don't like it we can just leave.

Could there be a snake in the hen house. I have that problem here in the real world, we just shoot the snake and it fixed the missing egg problem.
