You will need to contact Support concerning this.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. i decorated up a farm last night and i saw the items....i went back and now all is gone...not in storage or not showing on the farm... what can i do?

Was this on an expansion? If so there was a problem last night with the expansion area not keeping the items. The problem was fixed last night. The only thing you can do is contact Support.

Hi Alexm

What were you doing when you got these errors in the console?

Did they prevent you to continue working?

Are your broswer and your computer up to date?

If you try another updated browser, do you get the same error?

I can't get the game to fit on the screen. Facebook is taking too much of the screen and I can't get rid of the toolbar. the panel on the right is a pain in the, well you know. I can get rid of that but it does not stay gone. PLEASE help us get rid of all that so we can see the game on the screen.

I moved your post to the thread about Display issues.

I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do about that. If you wish you can contact Facebook to let them know about your thoughts.

Go to your Facebook home page, then click in your picture in the upper right corner.
You will see the Help option there and then choose the option you want from the next menu.

Looks like FB is overriding the normal FT display. They have some kind of FB Gaming Screen. It takes up more space on the screen and changes the aspect of the game. When in use, it does not allow the game to fit on the screen... Some times it switches back to the FT game screen which works very well. How can we prevent the FB take over of the FT screen and keep the FT version?
