You only need one of each. The harvester and plow are accessible from the popup menu for all farms and the seeder can be moved by putting it into storage and then removing it on the next farm.

Just to clarify, you don't need to move the seeder either, if you click the seeder whichever farm it's on, choose a seed, and then click the farm you wish to seed on, you can go seed that farm without moving the seeder itself
