Try to keep the maple sap in inventory if you can..... same with grapefruit and the juniper berries.

If you just sell NON-ingredients, those three get sold too because they do not have a use yet.

But if you open non-ingredients and sell each separately, you can keep the three.... I know, a lot of extra work... but what they heck... this is a real business, right??

the alternative is to open ALL, and then check off every item you know you want to sell... then when it is time to sell, just click the CHECKED option.

Just be careful... I did that and was in a hurry and clicked all the "DRIED" products except the peas .... but accidentally clicked the dried hops and sold over 20,000..... so my brewery was dragging for a few days till I replenished.
