problema recoger granjas

tengo una vecina que no puede trabajar mis fabricas (solo las mias)
porque al ir a recojerlas le aparece

un mensaje que pone

o you want to work on facilities now and earn 2 farm cash?

ya borramos ambas la memoria,cookis ,cache ,historial y nada
