Clearing the memcache will force a reload of the data on the server, so that should reload with the update. See what happens after you have done that and tell your neighbor to do the same.

I cleared cache and my neighbor did, but the problem is still occurring. She had trees and crops ready. I did the crops with the h/p/plant combine, when they were done, the h/p tool appeared. There were trees ready to harvest so it isn't working right, the shaker didn't come up.
