When you return home from Market the 2 short cuts to tools on the top right side (between "Walk" and "Show Tools") have disappeared. Either reload farm or go to another farm and the two short cuts return.

Which tools do you have as shortcuts in those places? If you change the tools for those places, you still get the same problem?

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in another tab.
Then reopen your farms and check if the problem continues.

Edited to add: I was able to reproduce the problem with some specific tools.
