I am not sure if it will help cause I am not sure what it is except I can see the word ERROR, and I thought the maybe it could help. Thanks so much
Hi sandgar

Before contacting Support, you were asked to check a few things, but I dont know if you did that or not. So please check this:

Are you using Kamo, Avast or any other online tracking blocker which are usually part of your antivirus?
If so, then you need to disable them, restart your computer and then try to go to market again.

About Support we will contact them to see what happened as sometimes there are issues getting their responses.
