Sorry but we do not know the fixes you tried.

As I said, that message show up when you are working fast and data is not updated at the same speed. Then when you try to do other things the message shows up.

Be sure that your browser and computer system are up to date.
If you have to do an update then it is always better to restart your computer.

You can also try to reset your router/modem for a minute and see if that helps you.

We do not know which job or activity you are doing when you get that message, but try to slow down.

Other than that, it could be that any of the multiple links you have to go through to get the app, is down or with heavy traffic and that could affect that your data is not saved faster.
There is nothing you or us can do to fix those as we do not have access to them.
