I am trying to figure out why I would want to buy a 2nd train. Only one can be dispatched at a time?

and sad to say, but I'm trying to figure out why I would want to buy any of the freight train at all

I may not have got my head around all the instructions yet, but from what I have got so far, the products that I can send my box and container cars off to get for me are things that I already have a huge supply of, and nothing that I really need to be able to send out for.

We already have a way of asking our neighbours for extra produce if we need it, via the plus sign in each facility box, and the extra produce that everyone has been begging for more of are not the ones obtainable via the freight train.

I really had a huge hope that somehow we would be able to send our freight train off to our neighbours' farms to work their facilities and bring back our share of the booty. No such luck.

very sad from my point of view ..... unless I am missing the whole point.

Agreed! Wouldn't that have been cool. I think they really blew the train idea. It could have had so much potential to improve the game. If it worked your neighbors factories that would have been amazing!

Sadly I agree - I dont need any of the products, now sugar, cheese, canvas textile rolls would have been good - hoping more products will come later but Devs could you please ask us what we need most of please?
Working our neighbours Facs would have been really great - a much better idea!

I'm thinking if we/you would like to start different trains at diff times, and dont hook them all up to the same engine, maybe have 3 different farms with three diffent engine's and 1 box cars, one of each of three diff. farms.
Maybe? do ya fellow me. not three full trains, just one of each with engine, on three different farms. maybe can start them at different times if ya want. Iduno, just thinkin/typing out loud.
