If it still isn't there then you will need to contact Support about it to get this resolved. To con tact them scroll to the bottom of your farm page and click on Support there, fill out the form and submit it. Be sure to include how much you lost. Be patient as it can take any where from a few hours to a few weeks for them to respond depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
