why are we loosing CO OP QUEST when we can;t collect FC for about 1 to 3 weeks before we can collect how many are we going to loose before it starts

Sometimes the new gifter that gives 2 gifts instead of one works and sometimes it doesn't - is this being looked into? Thanks!

Hi garden ho

The new tool only applies to the following: crops, trees, flowers, animals and production ingredients.

Are you having problems with any of them?

Having Multiple issues since late last night. Can not accept gifts. Can not add neighbors. Can not invite neighbors. Can not post facs like I said Multiple issues. I have cleared my browsing history in GOogle I have done other things I am running a full virus scan now to see if any of those issues are in play here. I will clear my mem cache in a min. Wanted to alert you to these issues.

Check to make sure you have allowed 3rd party cookies and pop ups in your browser settings. Those are needed for the in game pop up screens to show.

If you do not want to open up your browser to all 3rd party cookies or all pop ups you can add the following web sites to the exceptions for those settings:

Facebook.com
Apps.facebook.com
Trialpay.com

Am I the only one having difficulty with the Farm Selection Manager? I do not see my #25 farm in there and even though I am saving changes, my farms aren't being moved around to the new location. Any ideas or help will be most appreciated. Thanks.

We have contacted the developers about this issue. Hope they could fix this as soon as possible.
