You need what I call the facility tools. These are all FC items, so it takes awhile to be able to buy them all.

belt dryers, loaders, conveyors, packing machines, workbenches, mobile utility carts, armored truck, express checkout station, manual lift truck. I also recommend the animal harvesters.

They will increase the amount you can keep in your ITEM storage. Like decorations, buildings etc

I haven't used the 'Dead Roses Pot' for designing but there are a few other seasonal items I sure wish you'd add to the always-available items - especially the "Scary Cave" and the pink and white spring trees.
