Hi Taz, Thanks for the edited info. I'm sure they will eventually show for all of us. FYI, I did clear my browser cache and reloaded...still no animal pictures.

Post cannot load html
Only #1 & #3 are working for me. I am using Mozilla Firefox.

Hi Santmyer,
Check in options/general under Performance. Uncheck the box to Use recommended performance settings and see what is set below that. Use Hardware acceleration when available and Content Process Limit is set to 8.
If they are you can recheck the box for Using recommended.

Yes it is set at 8 so I rechecked the box. Waiting for further instruction. Thank you.

Have you tried a different browser to see if it will load in that one?


What are you getting when you try to load it in Firefox?


Do youy have any add ons that you have added?

I went to the Firefox Add-ons Manager and this is what I found:

OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. (disabled)

Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc. (disabled)

Shockwave Flash

Hi Santmyer,
Both of those that are disabled need to be enabled. Those are default add ons by Firefox.


Do you have any Extensions? That is a different part of the Add ons.
