HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I am able to get in to the game and H/P my own farms and it is a little slow. The issue that I have noticed is that my CPU usage has jumped dramatically with the HTML version. I am running on a laptop and heard the fan running hard, so looked at task manager and closed/reopened FT and saw a 38% increase in CPU use that was not there in the flash version ( never had my fan run that hard) .
