This means that when you check your farms later or the following day some crops on a farm were not harvested and they gone to waste? Same for trees, some were harvested but not all of them on the same farm?

Lets try something, if you are the one working your farms, saying this as you have a superneighbor, then do all jobs on all farms.
When you are done and before using the sprinkler, reload the game.

After reloading, click in Show names in the grid, and then in Show work infor button. Be sure no work is showing up as non done. For example, if you harvested, plowed and planted, non of the farms should show as green as that means crops were not harvested. If any of your farms looks that way, then visit it to see if there are crops to harvest.

After being sure all work was done, then you can use the sprinkler if you have planted.

Also, please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in another tab. Then reopen your farms.
