I have a look out tower in my storage, but when I try to use it, I get an error message that I need a lookout tower in my storage.

Hi Diana Morkassel,
I moved your post to the Help & Support subject thread about tools. Please do not post problems or questions in the Suggestion section. That area is only for making suggestions to change or add new things to the game.
You would get that message if you are trying to use it for a regular neighbor. It only works for a Super Neighbor that you have permissions to do the work.
