Hi, my wool sheds are all empty , how can i get my animals back ? They were all full ! Help !

Hi Joy,
I do see sheep and goats in all of your wool sheds, though none of them are full (250) with the sheep where the goats do appear to be full. We do not have any way to replace any you are missing. They are for coins, but you would have to know how many are missing and contact Support about this as we can not do any refunds through the forums.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Thank you , i have no idea how many FC animals or others i had so i guess there is no point submitting a complaint. My loss as usual ! I cannot refill sheds because of the loose animals , so it is a lose lose situation. The only way would be to restore them.

Hi Joy,
You do not have any FC animals missing. Those we do track. The only animals you are missing if they are would be coin sheep. It is up to you if you want to submit to Support.

Thank you Taz , i have to fugure out how to refill sheds that are empty , i checked some and it seems not all are empty. it will be okay . cheers
