OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

On any of the browsers that I have, on initial the game loads. Then when I'm on to my facility manager, the game goes blank. WebGL Supported, but DISABLED ------------------- ERROR!

This has been going on since Thursday, 12 May. I even call my technician to see n he upgraded my NVDIA. Please help anyone. Thanks in advance.

Hi Elizabeth

Please clear your browser cache. Take in mind that the first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded.
