Im sorry this happened to you. I can see in your data that you unloaded 2 ships (Blue and Pink) yesterday and you are now preparing the Green ship.

You can run memcache, link below, trying to prevent this problem happens again. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farms in every tab you have it open. Then reopen your farms.

Also, after dispatching your ship, close the Ship manager and reload the game.
Then reopen the Ship manager and be sure the ship is showing in the first port.
