You have both of those farms and your Farm 1 set as Quest farms which is what prevents the animal sheds from being harvested on those farms when you use the Harvest All at the top of the Facility Manager.

You can either go to those farms and remove the check mark for that setting or continue to harvest those individually in the Facility Manager.
