Default Official support question

I couldn't find the right thread for this. Sorry if I missed one.

Am I supposed to get an email confirmation after I submit a support ticket? I submitted one either three or four days ago and I've not heard anything. Not even an automated response. Is there a way to check if it was received? I didn't want to submit it again if support was a bit backed up, that would be just adding to the problem.
