One last step is to verify and recover your farms. Would you allow me to log in to your Facebook Account so i can do this please? I would need your log in details in order to do so.
This is purely for verification purposes with Facebook to make sure the account is genuine as anyone can provide links and ID numbers.

If a admin can please advise or if any other users came across this response. I did reply I don't feel comfortable with this idea of verifying my account while understanding they are only making sure the account gets to the right person but you can literally go on my Facebook and see I shared photos of my farm (which I did send as proof that the account was mine before the message above was sent by support)

Hi Alanwilliam,
I moved your post to the thread about registering for the website.
As Rob stated they need to verify that it is your farms. Anyone can provide the information you have provided. They need to do this to make sure it is your account. All theyt are going to do is to login to make sure that it is you. They will not do anything but look for this information. Seeing pictures does not verify your information.
It is up to you if you want your farms back as to whether you comply with their request, but without this they will not be able to do so.
