How is someone suppose to complete 2 regular quest in a day when you barely can do one in a day sometimes, It's take a day just to get the new quest started. I need a new one or tell them to get rid of this, this is totally going to mess me up and now I'm going to miss out on that 3 points for the day

It depends on whether you had one from the previous day that takes more than a day to complete. It is not impossible, but is more difficult.

I had the same one Yesterday but it was for 1, so that's what makes it even harder, wish they won't do back to back like that, or make it all quest not just one type

The goals are assigned randomly by the game. There isn't any way for it to know what you had the day before. If you want to make a suggestion about changing it to all quests then please post it in the Suggestions section where we organize them by subject for the developers.
