my super facility products keep vanishing before I can sell them and before their expiration time... a few other farmers have noticed the same (glitch?)

We have been testing and we cant reproduce the issue.

Please report this problem to Support to let them check into this. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Default Offer times way off after buying/selling market.

Howdy - not sure if this is a new bug or not but today my Create Offer times seem way off. I have all the tools to cut the time down but visited the market just now and now it says I can't create another offer for 10 hours and 31 minutes? Weird...

Hi lvlrsSweetPea

Please be sure that your time and date in your computer are correct.
Also, run memcache, you have the link below the game screen where it says Clear Memcache. Then restart your farms.

If the problem continues, then contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
