Both slashkey and Facebook Farm Town sites are unable to connect to the servers

Hi Everyone,

We are aware the chat server has gone down and have informed the developers. You are still able to work your farms, facilities, gifts and everything as normal. The only thing you can't do is chat, get hired or be hired. Everything else will still work.

Both farm Towns won't stay connected at all, so you can't play unless you are offline.

What is going on here today?

Experiencing the same issue as mentioned on the 22nd May 2023. Unable to connect to the mainframe but grateful I can still work on my farms. I did all the recommended things including using a different laptop. Thank you

why does my farm say working in off line wont convert to online
