I moved your posts to the thread about cannot load the game.

Please check if your browser is up to date. Also check if your operation system is updated.
If any update is done, then please restart your computer and then try to load the game again.

You can also reset your router/modem for a minute.

If nothing works for you, then please follow all suggestions given in the following link:

I also hid everthing in your preferences (trees, factories, ponds, flowers etc) to make it easier for you to load the game.
When you load the game, click in your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark to the Show.... options and then click in the green check mark to save changes.

Are you still having problems?

If so, please check that Chrome browser is up to date. Also check if you have any pending update for your operation system.
After an update it is always better to restart your computer.

I can't get FT to load in Chrome. I've updated Chrome, disabled all extentions and cleared the cache and history. Anyone have an idea? Below is the console info:

Please make sure both your browser and operating system are up to date. If you have to do any updates be sure to restart your computer.


If that doesn't work try the suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread.

675311976 user number have tried everything this morning to load the game, just stuck on black screen, have checked all above suggestions and nothing working... happens frequently when i have to click play 3 or 4 times but this morning nothing working and has been 3/4 hour now very frustrating.

I'm not sure which browser you are using, but Chrome had an update and I also got an update for my operation system, please check if those are done for you.

When was the Chrome update? I haven't seen this. I DID get a Windows 10 OS update earlier.
