Hi, I am new in farmtown, level 87, bought at least 50 farmcash and cannot send a gift to a fiend, still says I have to buy 25 more cash, a friend told me that maybe you can reset my farms.

Hi, I have checked your account , from what I can see you started playing around 3 weeks ago and you are on level 87 , this means you would have earned 91 Farm Cash in total from levelling up. You have purchased 2 Farm cash items at a cost of 51 Farm Cash and you have a balance of 40 Farm Cash. This all sounds correct to me.

There is no record of you purchasing any Farm Cash or doing offers to earn Farm Cash.

But why there is no record of that? You say that you checked that I spent 51 farmcash so why can't I sent presents?

Hi , because you have to either have been playing for over six months or have purchased at least 25 Farm Cash or earned at least 25 Farm Cash by doing the offers.

sorry I am not sure I understand. Why isn't there any record of having already bought 1 train car and one small lake for 51 cash in total? can anyone fix this error? ....and you suggest that I have to buy things for 25 more cash or wait for six months to send a present to a friend who helped me just now? I don't have any real money to spend and the free offers you suggested will give only 6 farmcash and I have already started the first one and earned none.

In the latest update what is the point of the bank? Also when others work my facilities why does the bank not included, Ive had 5 people work my facilities 2day, the bank is at 85%

because nobody can work your bank it is just like the mines and oil pumps

The point of this facility is to purchase the items in the bank and then you go to the market and sell the items, later they might have a facility that you can put the items into, I needed a bank next to my Federal Reserve building and since it cost coins, it doesn't hurt anything to get a few extra coins from selling the items.

To fill the items it is like the semi, bee hive, oil pumps, and the mines it takes coins to fill, not ingredients. If you see the facility take coins to fill it, with the exception of the train, more than likely it will not be able to be worked by neighbors.
