Hi Tom C,
My Super Neighbor discovered this too. All I did was go into Edit Super-Neighbor and uncheck the Permanently Hired for Designing. You will need to get your neighbors who you are super neighbor for to do the same or change it to the correct farm if you were set for one.
Apparently the new release made that change as happens sometimes with new releases.
