user ID # 1590441833 hi I have done all cleanin rebooted and everything I know to do. I am gettin a white screen on the right-hand side you can see where it had loaded or tried to there is a green strip. i been playin for along time i will wait tell-all is good been with you from the start will be with ya tell the end.....good luck

1261610268 is my user ID. Only a portion of my farm loads in. It started me at level 1 instead of at level 45. All my neighbors are gone but my roommate still has me as his friend and I am level 45 there but he can only see part of my farm. My farm is Lenera's Farm for both of them. I don't know very much about computers but I have a one year old gaming computer so it should work fine for this.

Are you logged into and going in through the facebook link in the left column?
The neighbors are not added yet.

If it is starting you at level 1 then it would not load the rest of your farms and is starting you over.

Hi Taz, it must still have my information somewhere because my avatar cant walk to a spot because she is off the map and the plants and trees I had planted are showing on the piece of map that the game gives me.

User ID 645144584 Haven't had a problem til about 10 minutes ago-- the black screen wouldn't change no matter how long I waited-- there was this message in a box after my second attempt at reloading. -- Maybe that will be helpful. ?? I just now reloaded again (4th time)--and I am BACK!!
