If you were trying to open several tabs to the game to perhaps work more than one facility request then it's normal that the other tabs go offline and you see a disconnect message. If that's what you are doing you need to wait for all the facility work to complete and close the other tabs before you can go back online in just one tab. If clicking the check mark in the popup isn't working for you when you are done, to go back online just try clicking on the play tab to reload your game. |
