This is the current screen shot of my facility wall. I've done the memcached after clearing my cache, I've logged into four different browsers, and I still only see ONE person's facility post. Hi Florence,
The image is too small to make out but even the 1 on there doesn't look right. There should be an avater picture to the left and the description and then a link to click on to the right.

Please make sure your computer and browsers are updated. If you have to do any updates please restart your farms.
Also please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.
