I received a train boost request from someone I do not know. The tab says "non-friend". I cannot find anything in the game guide about how this can be. Can you tell me how this was done?

When you get that it is actually from one of your neighbors or friends who are working multiple accounts using the switch user in Facebook. The incorrect data gets sent and it looks like it is from someone you are not friends with. The only way they can prevent that from happening is to use a different browser for each account. If you see one of those do not try to boost it through the Train Manager. Instead go to your My Requests and it will show the correct information and you will be able to boost the train.

Still getting the same issue as before Tiger or Marymarcel. Issue is public on my facebook page.
'Train cannot be dispatched because I already have another Enhanced Freight Locomotive dispatched on my farm.' I only have 2 trains (the standard and the enhanced) so don't know why I am getting this. It happened last week too and I've already cleared my farm town memcache.

I just cleared your trains data for that farm. Sometimes, this clearing affects the trip for those trains, so please check if they are still on their trip or if they are back. If they are back, just unload them, and dispatch them again and see if you get the same error message.
