Game Offline Issue, October 22nd, 2022

We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms.

You are still able to work your farms off line same as your Super Neighbors.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.

Hello, I had provided my email address in case Farmtown is starting to use their own webpage. Today when I tried to log in, it showed my email address on top of the screen and next to it, it said "update". I clicked but then it asked me to provide a new email address which I do not have a new one. Can you please let me know what I need to do to have my email address listed again? Thank you

Hi astrid

When you see the correct email address in the yellow box, then you dont have to do anything more.
The Update button is for those who had provided a wrong email address.

Thank you but now it does not show my email address anymore because I had clicked update and I am concerned because I cannot find anyone in the market for hiring or selling.

If you clicked in Update then you have to do the same again. You have more information in the following link and the next 2 posts:

You were not able to see anyone at market as we had a problem with one server and we were offline. It is fixed now.
