OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

thank you for the reply however nothing has changed, in fact it's worse now the page constantly tries to load, I would love to include the user number but the page will not let me even see it, it constantly flashes as if trying to load but never succeeds just keeps reloading itself with the same error message.

I have cleared mem cache as you suggested
I have cleared cookies as well as all browsing data
I have restarted my computer
other games load and play, just not this one
I am in a time crunch to complete quests to earn 2 farm cash
I lost the ability to collect 2 farm cash when facebook put farmtown on a time out a few weeks ago, frustrating is an understatement
it appears it's not just me with this issue, I have NOT been blocked by facebook so Im not sure where to go from here

You may not know you have been blocked by Facebook, but the constant looping is an indicator that you have been. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to lift that. You will just have to wait it out until they lift the block.
You can contact Support if you wish. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

thanks for the link but I can't use it, the error message keeps me from entering any info or navigating the page in any way, btw so far the only game involved in this issue is farmtown I can access and post on facebook and I can access other games linked to facebook, but thanks for the quick reply

Hi, I'm Bumfy, my daughter has a farm, she is Molly Munchkin, we usually play farmtown together at the same time, her ID No. 100001403615003.
My ID No. is 729928586, she plays on Google, I play on Opera. She was registered under the email of (email removed) but that became obsolete and is now registered under(email removed).
She had no problems until about 45mins ago when a message popped up saying, "An embedded page at I1Slashkey.com says Unknown login status, click OK to log in now." However, when she clicks on it, the page just keeps going in a loop back to the message? How can we rectify it?

Hi Bumfy,
I removed your email addresses for your safety. This is an open forum and any one can read them so it is not a good idea to put your emai addresses in your posts here. We do not need those.


Have her log out of Facebook, close the browser and then reopen and log into Facebook again. Then try to open Farm Town again.


If she is still getting that then try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Make sure she uses the shortcut on her Facebook home page to go to Farm Town and not a saved link.

All browsers I try (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) are crashing on load of FT. I have cleared browser cache and it does not fix the problem. Is there another issue I am not aware of. I could not find where to post this. Many things elude me because I have problems seeing through everything, so please forgive me or posting out of place.

Hi bbarksda,
I moved your post to the thread about loading problems.


Please make sure all your browsers and computer system are updated. Those can cause loading issues if they are not up to date.


There isn't a problem with the servers that we know of.
