Hi Lisa

You don't have enough points to get that reward. It is available at 425 points.

You can check this yourself by opening your Farm Pass 2 and clicking in rewards button.

I had it before and didn't realize it "reset" each new "Farm Pass". Correct?

Hi Lisa,
Yes the rewards end when the farm pass season ends and you have to earn the points to get them again the next season.

My 3 juice factories which are also my SF, are showing stocked at 102.5%! I cannot unload them, so nothing to put in TW. This is the 1st time I've ever seen anything like this, but did happen today when new FP showed up, so I'm thinking it's a glitch??? I have done everything I can on the computer to correct it, but it's stuck! Any idea why this is happening? Thanks!

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.

I think you had the reward for Increase capacity by 10% for facilities producing common ingredients for May.

If you loaded your facilities before the new Farm Pass for June started, then the Juice Factory which is part of the facilities producing common ingredients was loaded with an increase of 10%

The only thing you can do is to wait till you are able to start a batch. Try posting your facilities so friends will work them and the Juice Factory will go under 100% faster.

Which farm pass? Farm Pass 1 just started a new season. So anything you did for that one changed today clearing all that was done yesterday and in the previous month.
For the unchecking problem try going to the funnel filter in your facility manager. remove the check for animal buildings, then set Regular Facilities and Service facilities to "Containing Disabled Products." Then click the green check. That will show you all the facilities you have things unchecked in including any that you have the whole facility unchecked.
If any of those facilities you have stored were not previously unchecked then those would not help with the total you had unchecked.
